If your refrigerator is starting to show any of the following issues, it may be time to have it checked by a technician. Here are some of those issues: food is starting to freeze inside the refrigerator, water is leaking on the floor, refrigerator cycling too often, freezer isn't cooling enough, freezer floor has a sheet of ice buildup, and ice maker is overflowing.

Water Leaks?

Overflowing of water or water leaks can be caused by a blockage or frozen defrost drain. It could also be due to a broken water inlet valve, if this part is loose or cracked the refrigerator will leak from the back. You may try to defrost on unblock the the defrost drain, but if your water inlet is faulty you may want to call a technician to replace it for you.
